The ESF at La Chapelle d’Abondance teach Nordic skiing and biathlon in group lessons, individual lessons and private lessons. From 8 years old and over, all levels from beginners to experienced.
The instructors teach Nordic skiing. Discover or improve your technique (classic and skate style).
The group lessons are organised during the school holidays from Sunday to Tuesday.
The feeling of physical exertion combined with deep concentration (shooting with a laser or pellet rifle). An ideal activity to challenge each other, with friends or family, supervised by Nordic ESF instructors. From 8 years old and over.
Try it: Wednesdays during school holidays, at 5:30 pm (€3)
Group lessons: Sunday to Tuesday from 3-5 pm during the school holidays.
Private and individual lessons: hours upon request
Access to the biathlon stadium is in addition to the lessons: €2.70
To discover, improve, or stay fit, the ESF offers lessons in small groups (from 8 years old and over). Reservation required.
