If you’re aged between 4 and 8, sign up now: sessions run from Monday to Friday during school vacations, from 9.30am to 11am – welcome from 9am.

The ESF at La Chapelle d’Abondance teach Nordic skiing and biathlon in group lessons, individual lessons and private lessons. From 8 years old and over, all levels from beginners to experienced.
The instructors teach Nordic skiing. Discover or improve your technique (classic and skate style).
The group lessons are organised during the school holidays from Sunday to Tuesday.
The feeling of physical exertion combined with deep concentration (shooting with a laser or pellet rifle). An ideal activity to challenge each other, with friends or family, supervised by Nordic ESF instructors. From 8 years old and over.
Group lessons during school vacations: Beginner 1h30, Tuesdays or Thursdays, 38€; Advanced 1h30, Wednesdays, 45€.
Commitment and private lessons: all season, from 46€ to 82€ depending on number of people and length of session
Access to biathlon stadium in addition to lessons: €2.70
To discover, improve, or stay fit, the ESF offers lessons in small groups (from 8 years old and over). Reservation required.
